1. General Terms

This document containing the terms and conditions of use of the website www.dentalmanagers.ro (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) sets out the conditions under which any person may visit or access the website www.dentalmanagers.ro or use in any way the services offered through the Site. Within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions: “Site” refers to the website www.dentalmanagers.ro; “Site Administrator” refers to the DENTAL OFFICE MANAGERS ASSOCIATION, headquartered at 27 Aviatorilor Blvd., ground floor, apt. 1, room 2, Sector 1, Bucharest; “Service” means any service provided on the Site and/or any module or component thereof; “User” means any person who visits or accesses the Site, creates an account on the Site, or wishes to use or actually uses the Service in any way. Failure to accept these Terms and Conditions or any provision thereof obliges the User to immediately cease accessing the Site. Continued access or visit to the Site, any page thereof, and/or use of the Service or any component thereof constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and all their provisions. By registering, the User fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to use the Service strictly in accordance with them. Users understand and accept that any continued access or use of the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to accept them requires the User to immediately stop accessing the Site.

2. Rights Over Site Content

The content and graphic elements of the Site, including but not limited to all text content and any other materials transmitted in any form to and from Users (via direct viewing on the Site, newsletters, or any other materials related directly or indirectly to the Site), belong to the Site Administrator and its partners and constitute the Site’s content. Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will first be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, they will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Site Administrator reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes are considered accepted by Users through continued use of the Site. If a User does not agree with the changes, they must immediately stop using the Site.”
