CHAPTER III
Business Planning and Operational Management
in Dental Clinics

How to align financial indicators with scheduling, communication, and patient management

This course provides dentists with the essential tools for building a business plan for a dental clinic, analyzing financial indicators, and understanding how a clinic can become sustainable and profitable — whether it’s a start-up or an established practice. Practical directions for clinic development are also presented, through the optimization of financial and operational performance.

This chapter is dedicated to increasing treatment plan acceptance rates and addresses the factors that influence the patient’s decision, from the first visit, the way the treatment plan is presented, and doctor-patient communication, to team involvement in the consultation process, structuring treatment stages, and cost clarity. The focus is on practical methods through which clinics can increase patient trust and the value of accepted treatments.

Testimonials
"Interview this course extremely helpful,%r0 especially for young dentists - it's well-structured and provides valuable information not only about building a clinic, but about developing a business. After the first course, I was already able to implement a call management system in my clinic, which helped me optimize the scheduling process. Recommend this course both to doctors at the beginning of their journey and those with experience, as it supports the creation of a healthy work environment and contributes to patient flow."
" Eric Constantin, JC Dent, Slobozia
"This is a course everyone should take - after all, we are doctors. We haven't studied management or marketing; we learned them on the job. but sometimes it's important to verify and validate that knowledge. Here, specialized lecturers showed us how to grow smartly, confirmed the correct steps and timings, and that's when things really start to work."
Dr. Sebastian Lupu, Passionate Clinic, Iaș
